These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ashok Bangles website and all business transactions conducted with us.

By accessing, browsing or using this website, or by placing an enquiry or order with Ashok Bangles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or conduct business with us.

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions

Ashok Bangles is a wholesale supplier dealing exclusively with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, resellers and other business entities.

Our products are supplied solely for commercial and business purposes. We do not sell products directly to retail consumers through this website.

By placing an enquiry or order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for business purposes.

2. Nature of the Website

This website functions primarily as a digital product catalogue designed to showcase our product collections and facilitate business enquiries.

The website does not currently provide an online shopping cart or online checkout facility.

Orders are placed through WhatsApp, telephone, email or other authorised communication channels.

The display of products on this website constitutes an invitation to enquire and does not constitute an offer for sale.

No order shall be deemed accepted until it has been expressly confirmed by Ashok Bangles.

4. Quotations & Pricing

Unless otherwise stated:

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Price quotations are generally valid for 24 hours from the time they are issued.

• Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.

• Prices quoted do not reserve inventory.

• Stock availability is confirmed only at the time of order acceptance.

GST, freight, loading charges or other applicable charges may be charged separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Orders may be placed through our authorised communication channels.

An order shall be considered accepted only when:

• Product availability has been confirmed;

• Payment terms have been agreed;

• Any required advance or full payment has been received (where applicable); and

• Ashok Bangles has confirmed acceptance of the order.

Ashok Bangles reserves the right to refuse, reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch without assigning any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability;

• Pricing errors;

• Payment issues;

• Suspected fraud;

• Incorrect customer information; or

• Any other legitimate business reason.

6. Payments

We currently accept payments through:

• UPI

• Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

• Any other payment method mutually agreed upon

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders will be processed for dispatch only after receipt and verification of payment.

Any bank charges, transaction fees or remittance charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Payment Safety

Ashok Bangles will never ask customers to disclose confidential banking information including:

• Debit or Credit Card Number

• ATM PIN

• CVV

• Internet Banking Password

• UPI PIN

• One-Time Password (OTP)

Customers should never share such confidential information with anyone claiming to represent Ashok Bangles.

8. GST & Taxation

GST shall be charged as applicable under Indian law.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate GST details wherever applicable.

Ashok Bangles shall not be responsible for any tax implications arising from incorrect GST information provided by the buyer.

9. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our product descriptions and photographs accurately represent our products.

However, buyers acknowledge that:

• Colours may vary due to lighting, photography and display settings.

• Glass bangles are handcrafted products.

• Minor variations in colour, finish, size, design, texture, stone placement or workmanship are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.

Such variations shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, replacement or return.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched through third-party transporters or courier services.

Where applicable, shipments may be booked through the transporter selected by the buyer and dispatched on a “To Pay” basis.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided solely for convenience and shall not constitute a guarantee.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Weather conditions;

• Transport delays;

• Public holidays;

• Government restrictions;

• Operational disruptions; or

• Other events beyond our reasonable control.

Ashok Bangles shall not be responsible for delays caused by transporters or courier services.

Shipping and freight charges shall be communicated before dispatch wherever applicable.

11. Transfer of Risk

All products are inspected, counted and packed prior to dispatch.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer immediately upon delivery of the shipment to the transporter, courier or logistics provider.

From that point onwards, all responsibility relating to transportation, handling, storage, unloading, delays, loss or breakage rests with the buyer and/or the transporter.

Ashok Bangles shall not be liable for any transit-related damage, breakage or loss after dispatch.

12. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Returns, refunds, replacements and transit-related matters shall be governed exclusively by the Return, Refund, Replacement & Transit Policy published on this website.

Buyers are advised to read that policy carefully before placing an order.

In the event of any inconsistency, the Return, Refund, Replacement & Transit Policy shall prevail in relation to such matters.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to product photographs, product designs, logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, images, text, catalogues, layouts, videos and other materials, is the exclusive property of Ashok Bangles or is used with appropriate permission.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distributed, transmitted, displayed or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

• Labour disputes;

• Transport disruptions;

• Power failures;

• Internet or communication failures; or

• Any other force majeure event.

Performance of our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event.

18. Indemnity

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ashok Bangles, its proprietors, employees, representatives and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising out of:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;

• Misuse of the website;

• Incorrect information provided by the buyer;

• Violation of any applicable law by the buyer; or

• Any act or omission attributable to the buyer.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Waiver

Failure by Ashok Bangles to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or any transaction with Ashok Bangles shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

22. Changes to These Terms

Ashok Bangles reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on this website and shall apply to all subsequent use of the website and future transactions.
