At Ashok Bangles, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality handcrafted glass, metal, and designer bangles. Since our orders are personalized and confirmed via WhatsApp, we follow a clear and fair policy regarding returns and replacements.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Because bangles (especially glass) are delicate, we take extreme care in multi-layer secure packaging.

  • To claim any damage or mismatch, a clear, unedited unboxing video is MANDATORY.

  • The video must show the package being opened for the first time, clearly showing the shipping label and the condition of the items inside.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process claims for breakage during transit.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacements or resolutions in the following cases:

  • Damaged Items: If the product arrives broken (must be verified by the unboxing video).

  • Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match the final order confirmation shared on WhatsApp.

  • Size Issues: If we have sent a size different from what you ordered. Please note: If you ordered the wrong size yourself, it is not eligible for a free replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after the order is dispatched.

  • Custom/Bridal Sets: Any sets specifically customized to your requirements are final sale.

  • Used Items: Products that show signs of wear or have been removed from their original sets cannot be returned.

4. How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Send the Unboxing Video and photos of the issue to our WhatsApp: +91 78945 61230.

  3. Our team will review the footage and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

5. Refunds

  • If a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer) within 5-7 working days.
